As a response, Avensia is reorganising our staff to free up resources to focus on helping large scale retailers meet the increased demands with digital solutions. Our e-commerce experts are ready to help retailers in prioritized industries to scale up or transform physical retail to digital commerce, and thereby enabling easier distribution to customers of products in high demand.
We are currently working around the clock to quickly (a few weeks) adapt our e-commerce package to fit two large retailers, who need to be able to deliver supplies to their customers who are currently in quarantine at home or who cannot come to the physical store for other reasons.
The goal of these emergency projects is to quickly build solid solutions that will be instrumental in getting the supplies out to customers, either by home delivery or Click & Collect.
The assets we have in place, highly competent and experienced e-commerce developers and experts, as well as our "e-commerce starter package", which is a ready-to-use digital commerce solution adaptable for specific needs, allows Avensia to take on a few more retailers with urgent needs of digital transformation or scaling of their operations.
