Avensia today announced a new collaboration with one of Scandinavia’s largest fashion retailers, Varner. The family-owned group behind popular brands such as Cubus, Dressmann, Bik Bok, Carlings, Volt, Junkyard, and Levi’s Store (franchise) has selected Avensia as its strategic commerce partner in a large e-commerce transformation project.
With more than 1,100 physical stores and six online stores across Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Iceland, Varner is known for its bold omnichannel strategy and progressive approach to retail. The company’s vision to become the leading data and tech-driven fashion company in Scandinavia is well aligned with Avensia’s expertise in composable commerce and customer experience innovation.
“We are truly excited to partner with Varner on this transformational journey. Throughout the process we’ve experienced their in-house team as both skilled and collaborative, and we look forward to bringing together a strong Avensia team around them to ensure success and deliver high value to the organization and end-customers,” says Sondre Kåsa, Sales Executive, Avensia.
The collaboration centers on building a completely new MACH-based commerce solution. Avensia will contribute with a dedicated team of e-commerce and technology experts who will work closely with Varner's in-house tech team in a hybrid delivery setup.
“We have greatly appreciated Avensia’s dedication and engagement throughout this process. In the end, the choice was clear, and we are confident this will be a great collaboration,” says Henning Fladland, Product Manager, Varner
