Avensia recruits top business developer from Episerver
Avensia expands their business development team with Patrik Sundquist, one of the big names in the business. The former Episerver-employed business developer will strengthen Avensia’s foothold as the leading e-commerce supplier in the Nordics.
By the end of 2014 Patrik and Avensia got acquainted with each other as he received the role as partner manager for the company. Since then the partnership has grown and Patrik’s interest in e-commerce has increased. It became a natural step for the two parts to join forces.
”During my time as partner manager I have developed a good relationship with Avensia. The company breathes innovation and very early in our relationship I understood that Avensia was the leading Episerver-partner within the field of e-commerce. Here are no glass ceilings and no boundaries between technology and business”, says, Patrik Sundquist, Business Advisor at Avensia.
Patrik achieved great success during his time at Episerver. He was responsible for Episerver’s first cloud solution which is one of the company’s largest sales through all time. By constantly showing great results Patrik was awarded second place in Presindent’s Club, Episerver’s global sales competition. The first place was awarded to Patrik’s recruit which gives a good indication on his importance for the company.
“At Avensia I will drive business through our office in Stockholm. My ambition is to make the Stockholm office our main point of business development in Sweden. I also believe that I will contribute a lot with energy and outside the box thinking. I love to have fun at work and I hope that my passion and good spirit will be contagious at my new workplace", says Patrik
Patrik believes that Avensia will continue to strengthen its position as Episerver’s leading e-commerce partner, both in Sweden and at a global level with Avensia Storefront.
“I already see a great demand for Avensia Storefront. It doesn’t matter if it’s in Sweden, the US or Asia. The product will continue to grow exponentially and open doors for new potential Episerver customers, which otherwise would have been hard to reach”, says Patrik.
