Our goal is to be the best in every aspect from range to availability and customer experience. The new site works as a cunning digital salesman. It knows every part of our range and offers products best suited for each individual needs of our customers."
Building the largest digital salesman in the Nordics is by no means an easy task. The site manages 550 000 articles and 30 000 categories. There are several hundreds of different user cases to take into account.
"With so many different customers there is no one size fits all model. Therefor we have built in a lot of extra functions and exceptions into the site. It has been a complex project and we are grateful to have a supplier like Avensia. Their role has been crucial to the success of the project," says Mårten.
Avensia has built the solution on the e-commerce platform Episerver Commerce together with PIM from Stibo, ERP from Aptean and search- & relevance enginge from Apptus eSales.
