A Google survey has discovered a growing appetite for AR within commerce. Spurred on by the inevitable surge in AR use during the pandemic, 66% of shoppers are now eager to use it while shopping.

Furthermore, Shopify has revealed that AR-supported products have a 94% higher conversion rate than products without it.

Consumers expect flexibility that match their lifestyle

Consumers’ lifestyle has become more flexible, especially during the pandemic when people needed to be creative in order to keep up the positive vibes. Public and private spaces must now maximise the capabilities they offer to match the more flexible lifestyles of the consumers.

As consumers expect to be inspired by brands, rather than prescribed, with every touchpoint, brands now more than ever must change their focus to meet the consumers’ expectations.
