Job description

The Business Analyst is one of the key members of the Loyalty Team and will be engaged on strategic complex E-commerce projects. The role takes responsibility for leading the business and technical discussions with our clients and alliance partners within different project situations. You will work closely with project team members from Avensia, our customer’s internal teams, and our alliance partners to ensure successful project delivery. Together with the Project Manager the Business Analyst is responsible for quality and timely delivery of the project content for our customer.

Main responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales/Discovery meetings together with the sales and Advisory team
  • Analyse client systems, architecture, processes and organizations and make technical solutions based on the analysis
  • Plan, organize and lead workshops with customers
  • Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Analyse, design and lead system integrations within Loyalty
  • Act QA for the solution before and during the project
  • Plan and lead educations within the area
  • Secure efficient handover to application specialist
  • After launch, provide expertise regarding change requests from customers
  • Provide advisory regarding customers solutions and future improvements
  • Support Business Development activities
  • Work with internal competence development


  • Experience from Loyalty/CRM, E-commerce and retail
  • Experience from leading workshops and understanding customer needs
  • Good understanding of UX
  • Experience from architectural work or technical project management is meriting
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex workflows and processes
  • Highly skilled and comfortable interacting with customers and providing thought-leadership
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
